8 out 10 if you avoid the roof restaurant staff experience.

The breakfast was very good in selection and quality for the price.

The roof top restaurant staff. Very rude and never asked us for our order for drinks or food. After 30 to 45 minutes we left and had a great last dinner in Madrid instead, with a very friendly staff.

Wonderful

The beautiful location near the royal palace and gardens. 2 min walk from the main plaza espania.the beautiful rooftop.

That we had to put a sign on the door if we want the room to be cleaned or the Chang of towels. If we forgot to put the sign thay don't do it.

A lovely room in a great location with a rooftop terrace!

The location was excellent, close to groceries stores, the market, the metro station and tourist attractions. The rooftop terrace was divine, fabulous views of the Royal Palace. Excellent Kitchette. Fully stocked toiletries.

A spacious oasis in the middle of Madrid opposite the Palace

The apartment was very spacious with a wonderful view of the Palace The small kitchen was an added bonus It was close to all the attractions in the Old Town yet close to transport to the rest of Madrid. It is more expensive than other places but in my opinion it was definitely worth it

Altogether loved it, great value for money

Great location, very polite staff. Room was very clean, I liked the breakfast some days. The fact that you could get light refreshments for free all day was really nice also let me check out late.

The room was smaller than the picture, gym was basically 3 equipment and some weights. Some days breakfast was pretty basic.

Good location, great room, nice staff, and wonderful to have the kitchenette.

Our last stop of a long trip to Spain was Madrid. It was great to have the well supplied kitchenette, so we could prepare some white meals and not eat out all the time. There was plenty of space to spread out, and we loved the rooftop deck, particularly when it was not open to the public, and we could have our own picnic up there with the delightful view of the Palace.

Amazing, would do it again!

I loved the location of the property, the view at the terrace is unbeatable. Staff really nice and always helping out. I would definitely stay there again, the rooms are bigger than expected and there's a lot of restaurants, pharmacies around the hotel.

What was the highlight of Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini

Exceptional

Rooms were big (two adults+two kids), well lit, bedroom a bit darker but really no issue. The room was quiet, with easy acces to the awesome therase with that authentic view that they manage on the 8th floor. Living room sofa bed not really great for guest with back pains, but hopefully not everybody is like me . Just avoid that bed and choose the bedroom bed that is much better. Everything you want to see is in walkable distance and if walking is not for you, there are two metro stations close by. Good breakfast and really nice and helpful staff. We've got to also have a great chat with the manager on our way out, asking about our stay, another good sign they do their best to make their guest feel welcomed.

Exceptional

The hotel itself was amazing, with luxury spacial rooms in an amazing central position within Madrid. The view overlooked the Palace grounds which was great.the breakfast was also amazing with a great selection of foods, which we paid for at checkout. All rooms had a large fridge in, a very nice shower and everything else you would expect. You get a lot for your money at this hotel.
